Losing a much-loved pet can leave a very big space in a child’s world. A pet may have been their playmate, companion, comfort, and a special part of everyday family life.

Paw Prints on My Heart is a gentle therapeutic audio story created to help children navigate the sadness and emotions that can come when a beloved pet dies.

Through calming imagery and the idea of the little paw prints our animals leave upon our hearts, children are gently encouraged to remember the love, laughter and special moments they shared with their pet.

The story helps children understand that although their pet is no longer physically with them, the memories and love they shared can still be carried with them.

A comforting audio for quiet moments, bedtime, or whenever a child is particularly missing their animal friend.

Suitable for the loss of a much-loved dog, cat or other special pet.
